The Aviation Materials Buyer in Columbus, OH reports to the VP of Procurement and Materials. The Materials Buyer is responsible for the accurate and time-sensitive function of procuring and managing aircraft components to support the various fleet types that Jet Select operates. This is done in accordance with established processes set by department.    

The Inventory & Repair Coordinator will report to the VP of Procurement and Materials and assist Vista America in maintaining accuracy within its owned inventory as well as manage repairs through various vendor programs. This role supports the timely return of high-volume cores to OEMs and various vendors. Identify high failure rate items and assist in monitoring those issues to a solution. Coordination of repairs and warranty application as necessary.  

The Line Maintenance Planner (“LMP”) is crucial to the scheduling and management of line maintenance events.  The LMP reports to the Line Mx Planner Manager and receives strategy, parameters and guidance to schedule and define line maintenance events for the organization’s fleet of aircraft.  The LMP plays a critical role with respect to the efficient scheduling of line maintenance inputs and minimizing aircraft downtimes to maximize aircraft availability.  

The Base Maintenance Planner (“BMP”)  is crucial to the scheduling and management of the long-range planning of scheduled maintenance and discretionary events.  The BMP reports to the Manager of Base Maintenance Planning and receives strategy, parameters and guidance, and develops the long-range schedules for the organization’s fleet of aircraft.  The BMP plays a critical role with respect to the efficient scheduling of maintenance inputs and minimizing aircraft downtimes to maximize aircraft availability.
