Business Development Representative, Aircraft Management

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging aircraft owners, corporate flight departments, and key decision-makers, creating opportunities that lead to long-term aircraft management partnerships. Working directly with senior leadership, you will play a critical role in expanding our portfolio while building valuable experience within one of the world's most dynamic aviation businesses.

As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will:

• Identify and research aircraft owners, operators, and key decision-makers
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through strategic outreach
• Generate and schedule meetings with prospective clients for Aircraft Management leadership
• Engage prospects through phone, email, and targeted business development activities
• Qualify opportunities and maintain accurate records within Salesforce
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, and lead-generation initiatives
• Track activity, pipeline performance, and business development metrics

Required:

• 1+ years of experience in business development, outbound sales, inside sales, or a related commercial role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence engaging with senior executives and business leaders
• Highly motivated, resilient, and comfortable working towards performance goals
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Preferred:

• Experience in private aviation, charter aviation, or aircraft management
• Experience selling premium services or working with high-net-worth clients
