Job Profile

The Inventory Control Specialist role is available in Southeastern Wisconsin USA. They will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our maintenance facility by managing aviation parts inventory with precision and efficiency. The ideal fit is someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can anticipate the dynamic needs of aircraft maintenance. With a focus on maintaining optimal stock levels, supporting weekend operations as needed, and collaborating closely with maintenance teams, this role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly.

 

Responsibilities

  • Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Monitoring the current parts inventory
  • Pricing parts to maintain profitability
  • Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them
  • Helping aviation partners find and purchase the correct parts
  • Overseeing special orders
  • Collaborating with Lead Maintenance Technicians to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Communication Proficiency, both written and oral
  • Problem Solving/Analysis
  • Collaborative Skills/ Teamwork
  • Systems Skills for computer hardware & software including applications
