The MX Analyst is responsible for managing and developing strategic data assets, empowering analysts and business partners to further develop consistent organizational knowledge and insights. This means he/she is responsible for bridging core data engineering workloads and robust repeatable analytical solutions. The MX Analyst is a technical business partner responsible for exploratory data analysis and delivering simple meaningful automation to streamline the daily routine. You are an expert data wrangler and guru of analytical best practice.

Primary Responsibilities:
Analysis
- Data integration and quality analysis
- Optimization of analytical process and workloads
- Data input and analysis with emphasis on labor forecasting and estimation compared to final invoices
- Review and analysis of service contract invoices to contract terms for programs such as Smart Parts, JSSI, RRC, HNY MSP and Rockwell Collins or those similar.
Processing and Auditing
- Dashboard delivery and admin in Maintenance Tracking Software.
- Support service contract invoice adjustments with the OEM to correct errors
- Autonomous work with stakeholder and product teams to agree upon objectives and priorities
- Approve invoices in accordance with delegated authority limits
- Collaborate with Procurement and support quarterly service contract reviews with OEM’s
- Support Procurement Contracts with performance data for renewals and new contracts
- Reviewing and disputing invoices while identifying potential opportunities

Required education and experience:
- Recommended Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management
- 2+ years as licensed mechanic preferred.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication, particularly illustrating technical topics
