The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a vital role in delivering exceptional, personalized service to private aviation clientele. As the first point of contact for arriving clients, vendors, crew members, and guests, the CSR is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ensuring Vista America continues to be recognized as a leader in private aviation. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to facilitate seamless aircraft servicing, guest experiences, and operational efficiency.

The salary range for this position is $23-$31 per hour.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure a professional, personalized customer service experience to private aviation clientele.
- Provide initial and recurrent training for new and existing Customer Service Representatives to ensure a consistent high level of service.
- Ensure that all duties & responsibilities are being completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain schedule of the team to ensure complete coverage
- Assist with timely completion of all Line Service work orders and meeting month end financial closing deadlines
- Assist in creation/improvement of Standard Operating Procedures
- Work closely with Line Service, In-Flight, and Owner Services personnel to ensure that all customer service needs are met, and schedules are maintained.
- Coordinating aircraft services, such as lavatory and water service, aircraft cleaning services, marshalling arrivals, and staging of departures.
- Work with Line Service Supervisor to ensure that aircraft cleanings are scheduled effectively and completed in a timely manner.
- Effectively communicating via ground-to-ground radio to ensure timely coordination with Line Service Technicians.
- Assist with accurate and timely billing of line services.
- Coordinate with ground transportation services, catering and other vendors for arriving/departing aircraft.
- Main Entrance employee and guest proper check-in with security badge
- Greeting guests and communicating their arrival
- Maintaining cleanliness of front office common areas.
- Maintaining cleanliness and restocking of customer lounge and employee kitchen
- Assist other departments as needed
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid state Driver’s License required.
- Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably in aviation.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to provide a high level of professionalism and personalized service.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and external vendors.
