Mechanic Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Mechanic Assistant to join our dynamic team, at our state-of-the-maintenance facility, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining our world-class fleet of aircraft. As a Mechanic Assistant, you will work as a member of a team accomplishing many different aspects of aircraft maintenance, from nose to tail.  

This position reports to the Accountable Manager. This is a Full-Time position, and hours of work are 7:00AM to 5:30PM (10-hour days). Shift available for this position is Monday-Thursday. The position is located in Bay City, WI, one-hour south of Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities:

• Assist A&P Mechanics in servicing and repairing aircraft
• Assist with Phase Maintenance and Service Checks
• Ensure all aircraft are inspected and repaired by the Repair station are safe and airworthy
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues
• Maintain cleanliness of aircraft interiors and exteriors

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

• Experience with tools and be mechanically inclined
• Valid driver's license 
• Ability to communicate - communication Proficiency, both written and oral.
• Proficient reading and interpreting technical manuals

• Succcessful completion of employment drug screening, background check and inclusion in FAA random drug program
