As the Aircraft Maintenance Analyst will be responsible for supporting all accounting functions for the Maintenance Department including but not limited to verifying approved invoices are recorded properly and paid timely. Point of contact for key maintenance vendors for proposals, invoices, and monitor payments. Coordinate with Maintenance Control and Technical Services to provide event status at any given time, acting as business partner between Maintenance and Finance.

Responsibilities

To succeed as an Aircraft Maintenance Analyst, you will collaborate with the Maintenance team to provide updates, acting as liaison between Maintenance and Finance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Approval and coding of maintenance invoices. Processing of warranty and insurance claims. Identify and document cost cutting opportunities. Quality checking of project data completeness.
  • Support technical teams in evaluation of quotes. Invoice dispute clarification. Assisting in month end close procedures.
  • Evaluate maintenance event proposals against preliminary and final invoices to identify and resolve any pricing discrepancies.
  • Tracking progress with maintenance event accounting matters, certifying payments issued and vendor records are accurate.
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information to identify any coding reclassifications.

 

Required education and experience.

  • You have proven experience in a technical/ logistics/cost control division and working with vast ERP systems.
  • You’re proactive, service-driven, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You could apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw conclusion, & execution.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is a self-starter, handle multiple tasks and meet established deadlines.
