The Human Resources Business Partner position leads best practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, goal attainment, and employee satisfaction.

Reporting to the Chief Humane Resources Officer, you will join our Human Resources Department that provides support and manage the employee life cycle.

 

The HRBP works a typical Monday through Friday, with flexible hours as needed. This is an onsite position at Red Wing Aviation in Bay City, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

To succeed as a Human Resources Business Partner, you will assist and advises company employees and managers with regards to Human Resources issues, policies and processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partner and work closely with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development to provide solutions for internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with leadership to align business strategies with HR objectives
  • Provide support regarding all human resources programs, including employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health and employee relations.
  • Facilitates in the development and implementation of the new hire orientation
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Your experience includes proven knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including employee compensation and benefits, labor relations, organizational structure, workplace safety, and federal and state respective employment laws.
  • You are able to maintain professionalism with strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills
  • You’re able to visualize the steps needed to reach a goal and naturally organize the process, modifying as necessary.
  • Collaborate effectively with other HR professionals and teams to ensure consistent and effective delivery of HR programs and services.
  • You could identify problems and develop creative solutions that are beneficial for the organization.
